Something not working, or something missing? Send an email. There is a real person behind it.
Turn off silent mode. The switch on the side of the phone.
Check the code: it is four letters and capitals do not matter. If the camera will not scan, type it in.
Close the app completely and open it again. If it keeps happening, email what you were doing just before.
